What Is an Interstitial Lung Disease Consultation?

An ILD consultation helps assess lung function and monitor disease progression. During your visit, your provider will:

What We Review During Your Consultation:
  • Breathing patterns and symptom history
  • Previous imaging and pulmonary tests
  • Oxygen saturation and respiratory function assessment
  • Recommendations for additional testing or specialist referral
  • Guidance for ongoing monitoring and care

Why Early ILD Evaluation Matters

In-home assessments allow timely evaluation of breathing difficulties and symptom changes. UrgentCare2Go® helps patients:

  • Identify progression of ILD symptoms
  • Understand the need for imaging or pulmonary testing
  • Receive guidance on oxygen and medication use
  • Develop follow-up and monitoring plans
