Infection Consultation – UrgentCare2Go®

Private In-Home Evaluation for Infection Symptoms

UrgentCare2Go® provides confidential, in-home consultations for suspected infections. Our mobile providers evaluate symptoms, review recent exposures, perform risk assessment, and advise on testing or treatment — all within the comfort of your home.

We accept most major insurance plans

What Is an Infection Consultation?

An infection consultation helps identify potential infections and determine the appropriate next steps. During your visit, your provider will:

What We Review During Your Consultation:
  • Symptom onset, type, and severity
  • Recent exposure history
  • Medical history and underlying conditions
  • Recommendations for lab testing or imaging
  • Guidance on treatment, isolation, and follow-up

Why Early Infection Consultation Matters

In-home visits reduce exposure to others and provide timely guidance. UrgentCare2Go® helps patients:

  • Identify symptoms suggestive of bacterial or viral infections
  • Determine if testing or further evaluation is necessary
  • Receive guidance on isolation and infection control
  • Access treatment recommendations and follow-up planning

How to Prepare for Your UrgentCare2Go

Create a Clean and Comfortable Environment:

  • Ensure the area for your UrgentCare2Go service is clean and has sufficient space for our equipment and staff to move around comfortably
  • Please ensure you are ready at the scheduled appointment time

Secure All Pets in an Enclosed Area:

  • Of course, we love pets! However, for the safety and comfort of everyone, please ensure all pets are secured in a separate, enclosed space during the visit
