What Is an Impaired Gait Consultation?

An impaired gait evaluation helps identify causes of balance and walking difficulties. During your visit, your provider will:

What We Review During Your Consultation:
  • Medical and injury history
  • Muscle strength, coordination, and balance
  • Neurological and orthopedic assessments
  • Mobility aids or therapy recommendations
  • Specialist referrals if needed

Why Early Gait Assessment Matters

In-home visits help identify mobility risks early, reducing fall risk and improving quality of life. UrgentCare2Go® helps patients:

  • Identify causes of balance and walking difficulties
  • Receive recommendations for therapy or mobility aids
  • Understand exercises or interventions to improve gait
  • Coordinate care with specialists if necessary
