Sana Benefits and Mobile Urgent Care at Home
Understand Your Coverage Before Scheduling Mobile Care
Having health insurance is important, but understanding where and how you can use that coverage is equally valuable. If you have Sana Benefits, you may be eligible to receive convenient medical care from UrgentCare2go® without traveling to a traditional clinic.
UrgentCare2go accepts Sana Benefits for eligible services and brings professional medical care directly to homes, workplaces, hotels, and other appropriate locations. This mobile model can be especially helpful when illness, transportation difficulties, busy schedules, or family responsibilities make visiting a clinic inconvenient.
What Care May Be Available?
UrgentCare2go provides care for many non-life-threatening illnesses and health concerns. Depending on the patient’s symptoms and clinical needs, a mobile visit may help with concerns such as cough, congestion, sore throat, fever, nausea, urinary symptoms, minor skin conditions, allergies, and other common health problems.
Patients may also use UrgentCare2go for certain primary-care needs, including follow-up appointments, chronic-condition support, routine health evaluations, medication-management discussions, and health education.
Some testing or treatment may require separate authorization or charges. Before your appointment, ask whether laboratory testing, medications, procedures, or other services are included under your specific Sana Benefits plan.
Confirm Your Sana Benefits Coverage
Insurance plans can differ between employers, member groups, and individual benefit arrangements. Acceptance of Sana Benefits does not guarantee that every service will be covered or that every member will have the same appointment cost.
Before scheduling, confirm:
-
That UrgentCare2go is participating in your current network
-
Whether your requested service is covered
-
Your deductible, copay, or coinsurance responsibility
-
Whether laboratory testing or treatment is billed separately
-
Whether prior authorization is required
You can review additional information on the UrgentCare2go Sana Benefits page and contact your insurance plan directly when you need plan-specific answers.
What Happens After You Schedule?
Start by entering your ZIP code to confirm that service is available in your area. You can then select an available appointment window and provide the requested patient and insurance information.
UrgentCare2go uses an estimated three-hour arrival window because mobile medical teams travel between patients. A medical assistant will text when the team is on the way. An adult should remain present throughout the appointment, and pets should be secured before the team arrives.
Prepare a well-lit area, your photo identification, your insurance information, a medication list, and any relevant medical records.
Mobile Care Across Texas Communities
UrgentCare2go serves patients in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and communities including Arlington, Farmers Branch, Brownwood, Austin, Houston, El Paso, and San Antonio. Service availability can vary by address, staffing, and appointment demand.
